£45/hour - Skype counselling is the same as Individual or 1:1 Counselling and may suit clients who are unable to attend face to face sessions or would prefer to have an internet based counselling session.  We would still explore the same issues that are covered in Individual or 1:1 Counselling and a range of methods are still applied such as drawing, thought pattern identification and other creative methods that may suit you as an individual.
